My name is Osama Bayati, and I am running for the El Cajon City Council to make opportunity and prosperity more accessible in a city that has long been underinvested in. 

It is unacceptable that I am running against someone who has held the same council seat for 25 years—longer than I have been alive. Strong term limits are essential to prevent concentrated power, curb corruption, and ensure accountable, refreshed leadership—making them a central pillar of our campaign.

Our focus extends to supporting college-aged young adults as they transition into stable, entry-level careers that offer long-term growth while strengthening our local economy by ensuring small businesses grow with resilience.
